The home sales for Jackson tn. and Madison county remained close to the sales in 2009. We had 858 sales in Jackson/Madison county. the average price was $131,055 and sold for $124502.00. The average days on market was 113 days. We had 2 homes sell over $600,000; 9 homes sell in the $400,000+ price range and 24 homes sell $300,000-400,000 price range. Everyone is expecting the sales for 2012 to improve although we are still expecting alot of short sales and foreclosures.
